Bread and Butter HTX

Bread & Butter HTX is a Houston, Texas based cottage bakery producing artisanal, handmade breads & pastries using traditional baking techniques.

Custom wedding and birthday cakes are also available!

How it Works:

  1. See upcoming pickup date and location at top of page. We normally open ordering 5-7 days prior to sell date.

  2. Select ‘Order’ above and purchase the desired items. We do batch sales, so not all items will be in stock.

  3. We will provide a pickup location and time in the confirmation and fulfillment emails.

  4. Pickup your delicious baked goods and enjoy!

Behind the Kitchen —

Blaire is the owner of Bread and Butter HTX. She’s a certified pastry chef graduating from Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

All of the menu items are handmade from scratch using recipes she perfected over her career.

When she’s not baking king cakes, she works offshore as a helicopter landing officer on a platform in the Gulf of Mexico.
